The Cape Haze Apartment is a 1st floor king bed unit with direct access to the private backyard including the exclusive use of your own Hotspring Hot Tub. Decide how warm you would like to have it!

To help you enjoying the warm water under the Florida sun, the apartment is equipped with SPA bathrobes to take full advantage of the Pura Vida.

The tropical garden invites you to discover the seasonal available Fruit and Pepper Trees which you can harvest and eat during your stay.

Enjoy the BBQ area and the Caribbean Tiki feeling without leaving the country.

All furniture, appliances, bedding are selected to give you maximum of relaxation. Enjoy watching TV on a comfortable recliner that guarantees you a relaxed evening.

Fully equipped Kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave and large side by side refrigerator.

The apartment is equipped with an hotel safe, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and has access to the laundry area. The self check in/out area allows maximum flexibility for your arrival and departure.

Bring your boat and store it across the street with PALM HARBOUR Marina (www.palm-harbourmarina.com) There are wet slips available on a daily base, including power and water. Also in walking distance is the Palm Island water taxi located. (Discount if you have your boat in the marina!)

A 3 minute walk away leaves the ferry to Palm Island. You are able to discover the secret beaches of Palm Island. These beaches allow you to find the best shells and shark teeth even without a boat. Most of the people never find the island!

The Pura Vida residence is located in the heart of Cape Haze. Sitting in between Palm Harbour Marina and the Freedom Boat Club. You have the choice! Or just charter one of the fishing captains across the street and enjoy the world famous fishing between Stump Pass and Boca Grande. Boca Grande is known to be the Tarpon fishing capital of the world.

You will find a lot of great Restaurants around and right across the street you have the Water Taxi which brings you directly to Rum Bay restaurant, the only restaurant on Palm Island.

We had a very relaxing, enjoyable week at Pura Vida. Katja was so great to work with. Quick, friendly response always. Loved the cozy environment in the courtyard and the hot tub area. Everything we needed was there - beach chairs, bikes, towels, starters of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, etc. we will for sure be back! Thanks Pura Vita and Katja!

Great Room and Excellent Value
We stayed at this location to visit family who were staying in Boca Grande. We wanted a place with a little privacy that wasn't as expensive as Boca Grande and had more grocery options without being stuck behind the Boca Grande toll gate. The units are spacious and clean, with a full-size fridge and oven. My only small complaint is that we were in the bottom unit and could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around and talking. Luckily, they weren't up late at night, so it was manageable. The host has a great deal of knowledge about the area and provides a nice binder of places to go and things to see on the kitchen table. We took the ferry across the road to the private island and collected more fossilized shark teeth than we ever thought we would find. This unit would be highly recommended for multiple parties who wish to stay together. If you know two families that could utilize the top and bottom units, I would certainly recommend reaching out to this host.

This apartment was lovely! The kitchen was well-furnished, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was tastefully decorated. The outdoor areas were exceptional--there were plenty of places to relax and enjoy our time away from the real world. One bit of information for potential renters--bring quarters if you plan to do laundry. We loved our time here and would gladly stay again.

Near perfect stay for our biking vacation.
The condo is in great shape and really suited our needs. The kitchen had a full sink, plenty of counterspace, and a full-size fridge, stove, and microwave. Be advised that the hot tub can take up to 12 hours to heat up. Once we learned that we enjoyed using it for late-night soaks. The courtyard has a very relaxed, zen feel, despite being next to a fairly main road. The unit is close to a grocery store (1-2 miles), across the street from a nice restaurant and a very nice sidewalk extends for miles in both directions that is very good for biking. You can actually bike to two area bike trails right from the condo. The owners were very accommodating and responded promptly when we couldn't figure out the hot tub. Internet was decent, and my only minor complaint was that the cable TV came in at pre-digital resolution and was letterboxed. I think the cable box is just really old. The TV itself was fine, but if HDTV video quality is essential you will be disappointed. We would come again and would probably stay a few days longer. Some of the other guests were staying for several weeks.

Great place to stay
Last minute get away for the weekend. Had everything we needed and enjoyed having a private hot tub. Was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely go back. The only downfall was the people in the unit above us sounded they were wearing boots & moving furniture. Luckily that was only 1 night. We will go back but request the upstairs unit. Thanks for a wonderful location to stay.
