Los cuartos están muy fríos y después de bañarse la humedad está horrible, NO tienen calefacción y solo te ponen 2 sábanas porque las cobijas te las rentan en $200 pesos cada una, cosa que no especifican en las descripciones, no tienen microondas ni secadora para el cabello, y uno de los días el agua caliente para bañarse nunca salió, la excusa fue que mucha gente la había usado… El lugar en sí es muy barato en el precio pero carece de algunas cosas esenciales para la estancia

Room was dirty and have to be move to a different room in the corner and it was very inconvenient noisy They try to charge me for towels because I have to used them because the room got flooded and that I was dirtying towels I told them your floor is wet and unsafe to walk

Place was dirty, dead bugs and flies on the floor, lights didn’t work inside the room and staff was rude about replacing light bulbs. They charge you for blankets and it gets cold.

Tuvimos dificultades para usar el servicio de Wi-Fi. Los cuartos no tienen calefaccion ni aire acondicionado. Tienes que dejar un deposito reembolsable de 200 pesos por cobija. El lugar es tranquilo, suficientemente limpio, cerca de el centro de la ciudad. Buen servicio por parte de el personal
