Para 2. Planda ama hakkını veren bir yer değil
Karşılamadaki Güleryüzlülük çok iyi ve insanca yaklaşım takdir edilecek seviyede. Taleplerimize cevaplar ve ilgi süper. 4 günlük tatilimizde ilk iki gün aile odası değildi tamamıyla bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Ama son iki gün sağolsun Umut bey verdiği sözü yerine getirip aile odası ve yola bakan tarafa aldı bizi. Mutlu bir şekilde ayrıldık. Verdiğimiz parayla Mersin merkezde daha güzel bir otelde kalabilirdik. Buraya ilk gelişimiz olduğu için bir de burayı tam bilmediğimiz için sahil yerleşiminde kaldık. Arabamız vardı Mersin merkezde 3-4-5 yıldızlı otelde aynı parayla kalabilirdik. Gün içinde denize gidip yüzdükten sonra otelimize gelebilirdik. Olsun ama yine de güzel zaman geçirdik. Herşey istediğimiz gibi olmasa bile güzel ve sıcak bir ortam sunuldu bize. Tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim. Ailece kalınacak bir yer. Not: temizliğe biraz daha dikkat edilmeli bence. Bir de gerçekten banyolardaki kokuyu bastırmak için lavabolara bırakılan naftalin daha da rahatsız edici koku yaymaktadır. Bi de dış cepheye yapılan özen ve albeni, iç tasarımda da yapılabilirdi.

İşletmeci sıcakkanlı ancak otel temizliği çok iyi değil. Tuvaletler kokuyordu. Kahvaltı çok çok kötüydü. Fiyat olarak otelin kendi uyguladığı fiyat hotels in fiyatından çok dha uygundu.

Otelin konunu denize 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Umutun ve personellerin tutum ve davranışları gayet iyiydi. Odalarında dolap ve klima tam şekilde çalışıyordu. Sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği güzel, lezzetli, çeşitli ve tazeydi. Temizlik konusunda biraz daha gayret göstermeliler bence. Talep edilince güzel temizlik yapıldı.
