Not friendly, poorly maintained
The staff was quite unfriendly and did not listen to our concerns. The first room was a wrong type, the second one still had trash bin dirty after the previous guests. Even after mentioning this, it was not clean for the next hours. Overall, the hotel doesn't offer a good experience apart from nice views from the top floors.

Alles in einem sehr beeindruckend und angenehm
An diesen Hotelaufenthalt werde ich mich noch lange positiv zurückerinnern. Der Service ist 1A und die Bar hat mich sehr beeindruckt. Allerdings fehlt hier leider etwas Barmusik. Sie muss nicht laut sein. Im Gegenteil. Aber DA sollte sie sein. *grins* was mich sehr beeindruck hat war, daß wir ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht haben aber eine Juniorsuite bekommen haben. Das ist mir erst gar nicht aufgefallen. :-) Allerdings gibt es auch einige Kontrapunkte, die ich aber als konstruktive Kritik verstanden wissen möchte und nicht als ernsthafte Beschwerde. Das Bad hat keine abgrenzende Tür zum Zimmer gehabt. Die Dusche und auch die Toilette waren nur durch Glastüren separiert. Dadurch gelangt die Feuchtigkeit (Wasserdampf) in's Zimmer, was sehr unangenehm ist. Außerdem noch dies. In der Beschreibung steht, daß ALLE Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgerüstet sind. Darauf habe ich mich mit am meisten gefreut. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer im 15. Stockwerk, wo es nur eine Lüftung gab, die dazu noch ab 20:00 Uhr abgestellt wird. Im Sommer nicht sehr angenehm. Wenn man dann noch den Wasserdampf aus dem Bad ins Zimmer wabern lässt, ist es doch schon recht stickig. Außerdem schließt die Rückwand des Kleiderschrankes an's bad an. Wenn man sich vorstellt, daß der Wasserdampf so schön in's Holz einzieht... *grins* Aber davon abgesehen ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel. Ich komme trotz allem wieder. Die Zimmerbeschreibung sollte aber überarbeitet werden. (Klimaanlage) Danke, daß ich bei Ihnen sein durfte.
