The apartment is ideally located in the center of Erquy 200 meters from the shops and the beach and 600 meters from the port.
The apartment is composed of:
- an entrance,
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed
- a room with two 90 x 200 cm beds
- a beautiful living room with open kitchen (equipped with four hotplates, a microwave, an oven, an American refrigerator and a large freezer),
- a separate toilet
- a bathroom with a large sink and a shower of 90x180 cm.

The two bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace of 45 m², facing south, nicely wooded and furnished.

The bedding has been completely changed in 2018.

The apartment is on the first floor of a modern building, equipped with a lift.

Erquy will allow you to enjoy its 7 sandy beaches and its many recreational water and cultural activities. You can go fishing, sailing, kayaking, diving, stand-up paddling, kite surfing, hiking, horse riding, tennis ... You will be 15 minutes by car from Cap Fréhel, 45 minutes from Saint-Malo, 1h30 from Bréhat, 45 minutes from Dinan and 1h40 from Mont Saint Michel.

Linen can be provided at extra cost: € 10 / single bed and € 15 / double bed. This price includes one towel per person.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen, großen Ferienwohnung hat uns und unserer Tochter sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung und die riesige Sonenterasse ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich und zeigte uns die Wohnung. Für Fragen stand sie uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder hier her.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen wunderschönen Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage in Erguy. Sämtliche Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Erguy hat sich seinen Charme bewahrt. Von hier aus sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und schnöe Orte in der Bretagne schnell erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderbare Urlaub.

Appartement agréable et bien placé entre commerces et bord de mer. La terrasse pourrait être un plus si les bains de soleil étaient en bon état (structure en métal érodée et cassée ainsi que la toile éventrée). Une marche de 30cm permet l’accès à la terrasse donc problématique pour personne handicapée. De plus même si l’appartement est équipé pour 4 personnes il n’est pas adapté pour un enfant de 18 mois : pas de chaise haute ni de petit lit proposés. Ces éléments devraient être précisés dans l’annonce.
