A first-floor flat with a lovely sea view in the Résidence Le Rial (lift and entry phone). Lounge-diner with patio doors and open-plan kitchen. Bedroom : double bed and built-in wardrobe. Shower room. WC. Communal oil-fired central heating. Small balcony overlooking the sea and Erquy main beach. Free public car park beside the flats. Baby equipment available on request. Local tourist tax payable directly to the owner. Another Gites de France approved flat on the same landing. A charming, tastefully-appointed flat, totally-refurbished in 2015, overlooking the main beach at Erquy and 300m from the town centre. Ideally-situated for discovering the port of Erquy, famous for its scallops, which is home to around 80 fishing boats. Stroll around the fish market, sail around the bay aboard an old sailing vessel or take a boat trip to the Isle of Bréhat, Cap Fréhel and Cap d’Erquy.
