Basic hotel good for a night or two
Clean, small rooms with basic amenities and small TV. Breakfast buffet had large variety but only a couple warm options. Coffee and juice cost extra. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable stay
A very nice property. Well located. Has some good eatery and supermarket options at walking distance. Very friendly and polite staff. A good buffet breakfast. Parking is not available. Will definitely recommend the property to others.

The hotel is decent; modern building and well maintained. It is conveniently located in the middle of the city, didn't hve to use the tram much. Eskisehir is a very pleasant city to walk around. The staff were welcoming and helpful despite the language barrier (very little English spoken). The room was comfortable. I had a single room and it was adequate; it did not feel cramped at all. The reasons I would not rate it a five are the lighting and the breakfast. The lighting in the corridors and in the room are very poor. It was uncomfortable walking in the corridors as they are very dark- dark coloured walls and black carpet and very little light. it was difficult to work in the room at night as the lighting in the room is inadequate. Breakfast could be much improved with some decent coffee ( a bottle of instant coffee does not quite do it for coffee drinkers), and some fruit and juice. I did not like much of what was offered, though they tried to provide some variety.

Perfect location
The hotel is clean, nice staff big room that needs a little work (fixed lights, toilet water). Not the best hotel but the location is the key its closed to the cozy area but its very quit in your room. For me I totally didn't like the breakfast.

Soap is from dispenser rather than disposable bottles, so I was happy for that a nice way to reduce waste while traveling! I booked a room with two full size beds and got a room with 4 twin beds. It was actually a perfect room; top floor with a nice window that opened, plus I have every confidence that they would have accomodated a request to change rooms if I hadn't been happy with it, but we were happy with it. Beds were comfortable and clean, though the headboard was weird fuzzy and I moved away from it so I wouldn't have to touch it. Excellent water pressure and well draining shower! Front desk staff did not speak English at all. I was there for a wedding so I did not get to try the breakfast at the hotel. Would have liked more hooks in the room to hang things and more hooks in bathroom for towels. Great value for the price. I was given mixed messages about safety of the area at night, but personally encountered no problems and noise from busy street didn't bother me
