Sit with your loved ones in the water view living room while visiting about all of the sweet memories you've made thus far. The gleaming full kitchen offers a sunny space to whip up culinary creations with its stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and farmhouse sink. When mealtime rolls around, dine with all of the views at the formal dining table.
The additional family room provides a serene space to kick back, relax, and watch TV. Each of the bedrooms is bright, spacious, and well-decorated with soft linens and simple decorations. Rounding out the stellar interior perks, be sure to utilize the private washer/dryer when your clothes need a refresher.
Step outside on the large deck and feel the fresh sea air on your skin. Here, sweet summer barbecues are inevitable and lifelong memories are guaranteed.

You will need to be careful when the water is over the road. It is recommended that you stay on the island if it is a super high tide.
The home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 28 years of age to book. Guests under 28 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
