Wonderful visit!

We had a wonderful time, the place was clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view! We ran out of propane for the fire pit and made one call and had an immediate response! Close to town yet private and quiet area!

Great stay!

We loved the property. It was very clean. It had a bunch of games which our kids loved. The view at night with the firepit was super relaxing. We saw several animals off the patio. It was at a very convenient location to RMNP. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome place and vacation!

My wife and I stayed for three nights with our 17-year-old daughter! Beautiful place to stay and so conveniently located! Not the cheapest place, certainly, but especially if you have a larger group or family, every bit worth it! Highly recommend! (Thanks for the puzzle on arrival!)

Beautiful home, great location

This house is perfect for a family with children, it is well stocked with toys, books, games, pack n play, high chair, stroller, pretty much anything kids would need if you fogot something. In the mornings we enjoyed coffee by the firepit and watched the elk in the yard, and then in the evenings relaxed in the hot tub and would again, see elk strolling by! The house location is great for all the fun things to do in the Estes Park area, with gas/groceries/restaurant right down the street. My only complaint is that the outside area needed some attention when we 1st arrived...there was trash by the hot tub, and a broken glass by the firepit, and the hot tub was dirty and needed shock added before we could use it. Other than that, the inside of the house was fresh and clean!

Relaxing Mtn Retreat

This was our first trip to Colorado, so we were blown away by the massive mountain views which this place is tucked right into the center of. It was so convenient to RMNP and the town of Estes. The place was very clean. The hot tub with the gorgeous view and open view living room and dining room with beautiful view was one of the reasons we chose this place. After a day of hiking for the four of us, we had put a meal in the crockpot provided along with their well stocked kitchen cookware and amenities so we came home to dinner ready and we could enjoy the rest of the evening just relaxing in the hot tub and not have to get dressed up to go out. We also enjoyed an evening relaxing & reading by the gas fire pit. The weather was perfect while we were here. They had left us a Rocky Mountain puzzle and a card,(I thought was a nice touch) which my daughter & I put together in an evening and a day when our guys went golfing & we hung out enjoying the comfort of the house. I just can’t say enough great things about this place! It was stocked well with everything we needed for washing dishes and clothes for the week. We didn’t have any little ones with us but they had a closet packed with toys and games and puzzles. The beds were very comfortable. They have thought of everything! Not one thing we didn’t love about this place! It truly felt like home away from home! We will definitely be back!

Lovely Townhome

We enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. This townhome has everything you could possibly need while vacationing. The home was spotless and the appliances & furnishings were nice. I appreciated the welcome note and information about the area. It’s in a great location with an easy drive to downtown Estes Park, RMNP, and Estes Lake. The Mountain View from the back yard is beautiful! We even had some elk and deer visit us in the yard during our stay. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Home away from home

This house was perfect for our family. It had all the comforts and amenities we would have at home. The owner keeps everything you need in the house such as towels, dishes and cookware, dish and laundry soap, a hair dryer, and even family board games. The view out the back is amazing. We enjoyed watching the mule deer come in during the evening. Even though there are neighbors on both sides, we never noticed they were there thanks to the privacy fences. We rent a vacation home almost every year and I think this is the best house we have stayed in. The only problem we encountered was that a couple of jets for the hot tub didn’t work. We told the owner and he sent someone out right away to check it out. He had to call someone to repair it. If the previous tenants had reported it, it probably would have been fixed already.

Great space! (smoking neighbors with music)

The space was lovely! Extremely clean, sunny, and perfectly taken care of. The only down side is that the neighbors - it is a duplex house - were smoking outside and playing loud music. The smoke and music affected us greatly since we wanted to sit outside in the cool evening, (8:30 - 10:30 pm).

Beautiful Home

This home was comfortable, clean, and in a wonderful location. The view from the back of the house was absolutely breathtaking. It was in the perfect location as it was a short drive from the restaurants, shopping, and RMNP entrance. When staying here, I recommend eating at The Egg of Estes, and Twin Owls Steakhouse.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We absolutely love Estes Park and knew the next time we vacationed to the Denver area this is where we wanted to stay. This rental did not disappoint! Cleanliness, privacy, amenities, proximity to the RMNP, downtown, YMCA … PERFECTION! Our children absolutely loved the playing out back in the snow, and we all enjoyed the amazing snowfall scenery while soaking in the hot tub. We even saw deer out back as well as a bobcat! We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful house close to RMNP

We had a great weeklong stay at this house! It was the perefect size for our family of four including two small kids. We loved the location and proximity to RMNP and being able to see deer and elk from the back patio. The house was clean, kitchen decently stocked and the hot tub was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place

We loved this place. The location is unbeatable, only a few minutes from RMNP entrance. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality pots and pans, and also had cooking spray, seasonings, extra coffee, etc. The outdoor space was wonderful and we used it every night. We were not able to use the fire pit because it has been so dry, but that is understandable. A mama mule deer and her 2 babies walked right by us as we were enjoying the sunset and grazed in the backyard. Would absolutely stay here again

Great Getaway!

We had such a great visit in this home! It was very clean and well stocked with small kitchen appliances, dishes, cleaning supplies, spices, towels, small toiletries, extra blankets, board games and puzzles, box fans, a pack and play, and even a washer & dryer. The first aid kit was great to have as well as we forgot and needed bandaids. The hot tub was fabulous and so was the master bedroom jacuzzi tub! The Christmas decor and Christmas tree were a beautiful touch! The house is beautifully furnished and we loved all the artwork! The beds were very comfortable! The house is close to downtown and Rocky Mountain national park. We didn’t use the fire pit due to it being so cold but it is a great amenity. The view out the back of the house is gorgeous! We even got to see deer in the back. We could not have asked for a better experience for our first trip to Estes Park! Our kids will be talking about this house and our trip for years to come. Thank you so providing such an amazing experience to our family!

Wonderful Getaway in Estes Park

My husband and I spent 4 days in Estes Park. We loved this mountain getaway. Booking was easy. The house was spotless and decked out very tastefully for Christmas 🎄. It was well appointed with everything you could need. We really enjoyed viewing the sunset every night from the hot tub. The owner even left a little gift and a personal note for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again. It is minutes from RMNP and restaurants but far enough off the main streets to enjoy the peace and quite! Can’t wait to come back again!

Excellent Home in a Great Location

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very conveniently located about a 5-10 minute drive from 'downtown' Estes Park, and about 10 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Very clean with great amenities, and the guestbook and communication from the owner were both top notch! Highly recommend!
