The property was extremely nice. Easy parking, very close to shopping and dinning is Estes Park. Very close to park entrance. Very clean, nice bed, loved the balcony. No AC but not a problem. There was box fans in the closet if needed. Communication with property management was great. They were extremely nice. We highly recommend Fall River Resort. We would stay there again if ever that way.

Nice but lacking

We really enjoyed our stay. However, the kitchen was really lacking some essentials. Very low on silverware. I think we only had one butter knife. Only one lame knife to cut veggies. A blender would be nice. No measuring cup. Salt and pepper would be nice.

3 stars. family vacation.

Our family of 6 came for vacation. I'm thankful our children are 10 and up, because the wedding receptions at the main retreat center were extremely loud and lasted until 11pm, with the party guests being loud even after. Many small things in our condo were broken- the table lamp, the window crank, one of the table stools. The living area carpet was very stained. We did not see housekeeping at all during our 6 day stay. We took care of all of our own trash and other needs. the condo was clean and worked for our needs, and the area/ town is LOVELY. I was just not impressed with the care of the property of guests.

Perfection

Amazing on all levels. The pool heater was broke which made swimming cold but they were getting it fixed as soon as the part came in. The hot tubs were clean and warm! The room was sparkling clean and a good size for 3 adults and 3 children. We can’t wait to return!

The accommodations were nice, but for the price, communication could have been better overall. Even after being provided an after hours contact number, it didn’t work.

very disappointed in how the kitchen was stocked. We had 6 adults staying in the 3 bedroom 4 bath townhouse. there were no kitchen towels, only 3 spoons total, and the coffee maker was difficult to operate, and spilled coffee all over the counter. The rug in the living room space was filthy and needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. Bathrooms were lovely. The freezer did not keep frozen items frozen. Overall disappointed in the amenities in the kitchen.

Fall River Resort was amazing. Very clean and quiet and walking distance to downtown Estes Park. Will definitely go back.

Nice room

The room was great. Very clean, looked like the pictures and had good amenities. However the checkin process was not good. I was told I would receive a text when it was ready. I never did, tried contacting the owner with no response so had to show up after check-in time to see if it was available, only to learn it had been available all day with no Ietting me know.

The complex is nice, quiet. Lots of outdoor seating, fire pit areas. However, the pool and all hot tubs were all closed despite it being the last week of March. When we arrived the office was locked and dark, at 4:40 pm and 20 mins before their listed closing time. We tried calling the number in our reservation, straight to voicemail. Left a message and waited 10 mins, nothing. Looked for info on how to check in, nothing in the booking or confirmation emails. Went back to the office and saw a note with an after hours number, which rings through to the Stanley. The woman was empathetic, told me there should be a lockbox on the door of the condo and gave me a code to open it. Great! I go to the condo unit I reserved, no lockbox and nowhere to enter a code. I call the after hours number again, second woman is confrontational and tells me they need to run my card and it was declined, I inform her I have a receipt that I’m fully paid, and I have 12k available on it. She says she has to speak with a manager, hangs up on me. I continue waiting in the parking lot. Finally a third woman calls me, admits they don’t have my credit card from the booking, and they need to run a cleaning fee. I give her that, and she heads to condo to let us in. 20 mins, she arrives and heads to a different unit. This has a lockbox, but they changed my booking without communicating to me, faces lot rather than river. Wind howls loudly and coldly around door constantly. No ones ever in office. Mixed bag.
