Hip, Gorgeous and Spacious Loft Condo in Downtown Estes Park on Parade Route

Over 925 sq. ft. of hip/cool/contemporary space means you wont be squeezed into 500 or 600 SF like in many other cabins or downtown units. This unit is outfitted with Colorado art, beautifully appointed, and located in the heart of downtown Estes. Huge fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, and Cable. State of the art air conditioning/heating system newly installed and very comfortable. Enjoy provided snowshoes, hiking sticks, and a backpack as well as many other "necessities" for your Rocky Mountain Adventure! Centrally located downtown above shopping in walking distance to shopping, dining, golfing, Lake Estes, movie theaters, and the well known Riverwalk. Sit on the deck and enjoy the parades along Elkhorn Ave, or stroll along the Riverwalk located right out the door. Fishing, hiking, climbing, skating, and of course, shopping are all within minutes of your stay. While Starbucks just moved out of the building they are still within walking distance and Kind Coffee is only 1 block away. Starbucks leaving has actually created less foot traffic, parking and noise from deliveries or trash service. And again, its still close. Our prior guests love the location.

The loft is set up with a private bedroom and a second living room/bedroom to easily accommodate four guests. The kitchen and dining areas are huge and offer a comfortable place to stretch out and enjoy. Visit in the snowy season and use the snowshoes provided for your stay.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: if you are interested in booking and experience a problem and message that directs you to try again later please stop trying . You can call to discuss with vrbo but so far its been several weeks and no solution from them. I have a couple alternatives to book AND I CAN SAVE YOU SOME MONEY. You can call or text me at 303 949-9762.

SAFETY: If safety features are important there is no need to worry about CO2 as heat is provided via electric baseboards. Building also features sprinkler system to usher to you safety in case of emergency.

PARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier.

UPDATE 3/31/24: Beware of construction in areas of downtown near the loop. You can stay here with us and never worry about construction noise, dirty and dust or access challenges due to the downturn loop currently underway. If you are considering downtown, even if you don’t stay with us, I suggest you look into the location of the place you are considering and see if it is within the loop construction project prior to booking.

If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.

Steps away to Estes Park and surrounding area
The Art Loft was a cute and cozy condo with a well appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs. We stayed during the off season (mid-November) so we had lovely views off downtown Estes Park’s beautiful Christmas/Holiday decorations without the usual summer traffic. Sadly, it was too cold for us to enjoy the deck overlooking Elkhorn, Estes’ Main Street, but the view of Twin Owls was a wonderful way to start each day. Smaller families and couples looking for an alternative to hotels and motels who want to experience downtown Estes will not be disappointed by the proximity to shops, restaurants, and local events that this condo offers. Being steps away from Kind Coffee was also a special treat.

Perfect Stay in Estes Park
Cozy little place in the perfect location. We were able to park and walk to most places. If we did need to drive, we were in a central location and it did not take long to get anywhere. The inside was clean and cozy, exactly what we needed for a little getaway. Highly recommend booking this for your stay in Estes Park.

Just as advertised. Great loft condo located walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery and shuttle to RMNP. Fully stocked with kitchen items including a French press and coffee(bonus points). In unit laundry came in handy as well. Highly recommend!

Great location
You couldn’t ask for a better location. My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and we were able to watch the parade of lights from our balcony. Parking was a bit difficult with all the weekend activities but once we got settled into the apartment all of the downtown activities were within walking distance.

Downtown Estes Park was nice. Lots of construction downtown but the unit is close to the route into RMNP without having to go though the construction. Great TV area. Decent bed, but bedroom window allows a lot of light from the street into the room all night despite closing the venetian blinds. Good value.

Location and convenience in Estes Park
Great location walking distance to almost everything. Welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the condo. Very clean and tasteful aesthetic. Easy parking across the street. We parked the afternoon of checkin and walked everywhere the rest of our stay. The construction was a huge pain driving thru town, so we chose to eat within walking distance each meal. Kind Coffee was a treat, Ed’s Cantina is always a great meal, and we found a new favorite restaurant - Claires. We plan to be back again and would absolutely stay at this condo every time if we can.

Perfectly Placed Paradise
My husband and I had a marvelous week stay in this lovely, spacious comfortable loft condo in the heart of Estes Park. The beautifully appointed kitchen allowed us to eat in or out and take advantage of the balcony to people watch if we wanted to. The parking pass is a real plus and being able to walk downstairs and go anywhere in town sans car was great. I strongly recommend this condo for a short or long stay. Communication with the owner was also great.

Staying right on the strip in Estes is ideal. You can get anywhere in the town by foot, and the entrance to the National Park is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Access to the property and parking was a breeze. 5* definitely recommend!

Perfect location
Great spot to spend a few days for a wedding and to explore RMNP. Good kitchen and the living/dining area was more spacious than i expected; a nice suprise. Location cant be beat. A heads up to anyone who is light sensitive/has a kiddo needing pitch darkness to sleep: bedroom doors are glass, so lets light in, and there is a solar tube in living area that brings in light to the bedroom as well (the bedroom has a wall opening into living area)- i think a helpful note for anyone with more specific sleep needs. However, really great little spot, highly recommend.
