Our stylish riverside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom a bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress. We recommend no more than 4 guests in this 630 square foot condo. We had a very lovely place to stay. The view from the front river was spectacular, and the view from the rear windows and patio, really nice with the stream. We loved the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't have a chance to try the hot tub, but would next time. We would recommend this place highly.

Great but could have been better
Code for access was late, never got text or e-mail. Finally went to office and got it - a few seconds after that I got the text and e-mail? Not sure what happened there? The location was fantastic. The place could use a good deep cleaning. Surface clean but visible dust bunnies everywhere. Also, spiders in all the rooms. Also, needed help one night and there was not response from any of the ways we could find to contact anyone!! So if emergency like water leak or something - no way to contact anyone that we could find. Contact was discouraged it seems.

Awesome! Nothing more nothing less. Beautiful views, wildlife all around, and the soothing sound of the river coupled with that fresh mountain air. The condo was clean and spacious, nice pool, and awesome walking trail along the Fall River. Definitely will return!!
