Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of shops, the marina, the beaches of the Rivière d'ETEL, 24km from Carnac and 21k from Quiberon.
Stone house with 4 rooms (approx. 80 m2, ground floor, + 1 floor + 2nd floor). The ground floor has a living room/lounge opening onto a fitted and equipped kitchen (traditional coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer). The 1st floor offers 1 bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 190 beds, 1 bathroom with WC. The 2nd floor has 1 large bedroom with 1 140 x 190 bed.
Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture as well as two sheds where the washing machine is located. Parking space along the street or parking up the street. Household linen - household linen - baby bed - wifi box on order.

Emplacement idéal

La maison est située à deux pas de la rue commerçante et à moins de 5 min du plan d'eau. Elle est bien équipée. Le seul bémol est le ménage et le nettoyage de la vaisselle que nous avons fait en arrivant... Petite précision : le lit de la chambre au 1er etage est un 160 et non un 140, on a dû acheter un drap housse sur place.
