You are a mile from the University of Oregon, 10 minute drive to Autzen Stadium, or can walk 7 minutes to downtown Eugene where you have access to a number of restaurants and breweries. Also a close drive to hikes and other activities. The master has a comfortable King bed, the second bedroom has a twin day bed along with a trundle. The living room has a brand new couch with a queen size pull out sofa mattress. There is an outdoor carport for your car as well.
