Tämä on hiljattain uusittu ja moderni, 5 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen talo! Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, keskimmäisessä kerroksessa ja yläkerran kylpyhuoneessa on sekä kylpyamme että suihku ja alakerrassa on suihku, kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on wc ja turhamaisuus nieluilla! Kotiin kuuluu kaksi asuintilaa, joissa molemmissa on taulu-tv kaapelilla, sohvat ja muhkeat tuolit. Kivi työtasossa keittiö, jossa on; kaksi jääkaappia, lasiuuni, välitön lämmin vesi, astianpesukone ja Keurig 10 ilmaisella kahvipalkilla ja uunilla. Takapihalla on iso yksityinen kansi ja tilava terassi, jossa on palokerho ja BBQ keittotiloihin ja lounaaseen; sekä kylpytynnyri! Wifi on saatavilla koko talossa. Alakerrassa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, ja niissä on ilmaisia pesukonepalkoja. Ruokapöydän mahtuu 10! 2 auton yksityinen pysäköintialue on saatavilla ilman lisäkustannuksia. Great location

We have stayed this property for the last two years with our club volleyball team on tournament weekends. Its a perfect space to prepare meals and can sleep the whole team comfortably. The owner of the property is very prompt with any questions we had about check in. Thank you for another great stay!

Beautifully appointed home blocks from campus

We had such a lovely weekend staying in this home! The location is wonderful! Just blocks from campus. The layout of the home was wonderful for our family of 6, and the home is much larger than it looks from the photos. So much space for everyone to spread out, but we still enjoyed dinners together and loved the fact that we could park our car and walk to brunch, arenas, etc. Communication with the property manager was easy and delightful. We can't wait to come back to Eugene again and stay in this property!

Wonderful Stay with Family

This house was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We shopped in Eugene and then enjoyed the home. There was more than enough space for all 8 of us. The house is so charming and the host is extremely responsive, we had a lovely stay.

Softball Stay

Our family spent the weekend to take part in the Cooper the Dog Softball Tournament in Junction City. Perfect location to get to the games and back to enjoy and relax in all the amenities the home had to offer. Everything was perfect, neat, comfortable and spotless.

Great spot near Hayward Field!

Great, clean house in an awesome neighborhood right next to campus. We had a great time, and the house was just as described. Bedrooms are clean bathrooms are clean kitchen was clean, and the location was fantastic!

Great stay for a group!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and an excellent location to Hayward. The kitchen and dining space is comfortable for a group for cooking and eating in. The hot tub was out of commission when we were there, but we were given notice of this issues and appropriately refunded.

Wonderful house

The house was very charming, nicely furnished and in a great neighborhood. The brand new hot tub was a bonus. We had moms and daughters staying together and it worked perfectly. Maxwell was very attentive and a wonderful host.

Great location and a ton of space for a large group

Our group (prospective U of O students and parents) had a very positive experience staying in this house. Easy walk to campus, several restaurants, and a coffee shop. Other locations were a short drive away.

Let’s Do this Again!!!!!

We had 10 of us over to this Gorgeous House. We all live in Springfield but wanted a house that we could stay a couple nights in over Christmas instead of just a few hours here and there, and still be close enough to take quick trips home to feed the pets! This place was perfect for us. We highly recommend staying here!!!!

So much to love!

Great house in the perfect neighborhood! Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful! Kitchen was big and everything was just clean and perfect! The 3 floors and a full bath on each floor make it easy to share the space with family and friends. The deck, hot tub and yard are so pretty. The neighborhood is quiet, residential and safe and walkable to all things UO. Can’t recommend this house enough! And the host, Maxwell, is so accommodating and communicative. So great!

Walk to Hayward! Quiet neighborhood

Plenty of room to spread out over the five rooms and three levels…two nice indoor living areas and lots of kitchen and kitchenette space. Nice quiet walk 12-15 minutes to Hayward field. Three bathrooms! Parking spaces are tight but add a lot of value when attending an event. Thanks for a great stay!
