The property sold my room, the best king suite they had, then gave me an inferior room at the same price. They refused to reimburse the difference because i booked on expedia. I booked a special room for me and my partner 1 month before her Christmas party only. To have the hyatt raise the price then sell it to someone else. Absolutely disgusting behavior, like a car salesman. I will never come nack to hyatt oakplace eugene. What the point of making a reservation when they wont keep it???
