The location is awesome. Historic building is charmimg. Door man and shuttle driver were also awesome. Bartender on Sunday evening was great. Monday nightv - not so much.

Third time staying here. Remember, when you book this hotel: it's old. Floors creak, the layout of the rooms may be weird. But my wife and I absolutely love this hotel. And we're already planning on staying here again when we return to Eureka Springs!

We loved this place! It felt like stepping back in time! We arrived on a busy weekend so unloading and checking in was a bit of a chore. But after that everything went very smooth. They have shuttle service back and forth between the hotel and parking lot and every shuttle driver we had was incredibly nice. We had a great weekend even if it did rain the entire time!

stay was fine until I requested full room service for my stay and I returned to my room at 6 PM and the room was not serviced and staff had already left. I left the room at 09:30. no one could service the room no one could deliver towels and toilet paper and take wet towels away. was told to come down to front desk to pick up what I needed. sorry that is not service. That is an European youth hostel. Do not like that ,that was the option that was offered to me. the poor shuttle driver had to squeeze in time to deliver what I needed. made me feel guilty asking.

This was our first time at this hotel and we absolutely loved it. The restaurant was good and had outside balcony seating. The weather was wonderful and there was a nice breeze. The hotel is an old historic hotel but it is very well-maintained. We took one of the ghost tours of the hotel and it was very interesting. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed it there, except for the morning maids waking me and my friend up every morning for parking all their cleaning carts next to our door, very noisy, and the bartenders would ignore you. But that stuff can be over looked.
