Ideally positioned in the centre of town, this four-bedroom two storey home is an easy flat walk to everything Evans Head has to offer. Look over the spacious backyard from the kitchen which is ideal to for the kids or family pet. The ocean breeze keeps the house cool and with spacious living and dining areas this house is perfect for the extended family or group of friends.

Downstairs features a self contained kitchenette perfect for making a quick breakfast and cup of coffee. A great space for a kids' retreat or for grandparents to relax and unwind after a fun filled day adventuring in Evans Head.

Please note access to downstairs is by external staircase at front and rear of property, internal access is not provided.

Walking or bicycle distance to everything.
Basic convenient dog friendly accommodation. Needs to replace broken fans with air towers that can be used for cooling in summer and warming in winter.

Photos misleading
We had a nice stay however the photos made it appear a lot newer than it actually was, 2 fans downstairs did not work. Bedside lamps were for show as no power points to plug into, only one power point in the room which the fan was plugged into and extension cord for lamp proved to be a hazard as we kept tripping over it

Property was in a convenient location close to river, shops and clubs all within walking distance. There is no heating and only fans for summer a reverse cycle air con would be an advantage. House was comfortable.

Good venue for family get together.
We had a party of 10 from 3 yrs to 65 yrs. While not the plushest venue, excellent for purpose. Superb back yard for multi generational "soccerball "game.

Must take own sheets blankets and towels. Place was clean only a few dirty dishes in cupboard under clean stuff, some blankets supplied had dirty marks .down stairs had no mattress cover Easy short <1km access to town centre. Minus few flaws would rent again

Fun Family Holiday
The home is most suitable for family experience holiday. The accommodation is very affordable. Unfortunately there is no heating for the cold nights. The home very well equipped otherwise and the large back yard made for fun footy. Would definitely recommend CA22 for a fun family holiday.
