Friendly staff
The person who checked us in was very helpful and thoughtful. He went out with us to make sure we were safe with the ice and offered to help with luggage. All the employees were very kind and made the place most welcoming.

During my stay it was fine. I stayed for a week. Something weird that happened during my first night I was taking a shower and I did notice the fire alarm going off outside my room. I’m unsure if it was because of my shower or what because I did have the door open at first but I’ve never heard a fire alarm going off from a shower… All of a sudden someone was trying to come inside my room (the top lock was on so they couldn’t) I came out that shower and to my surprise someone was there who works there and they saw me naked(so awkward and surprising) they said they tried calling me twice to check on me said the worker but I was showering so how would I know 😕😕 it was very odd and I felt uneasy especially because I was here alone. That was my only issue here

I was looking for a nice room off the interstate that was affordable. This place fit my needs well. The outside of the building is fairly worn and in need of repair. However, the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The shower was hot, the bed was good and firm. The staff were also really nice and helpful.

Old building, not updated. First room I was assigned had an intolerable smell. Fortunately the desk clerk was helpful and reassigned me to a better room. But it's like a building from the 80's - and not in a good way.

This is a hidden gem. Price is great. Hotel is excellent in areas that matter to most people: Clean, quiet, easy parking. Yes, it is a basic hotel, but you may easily get charged twice the price with other hotels that are almost equally 'basic'.

The staff was extremely helpful. The room I'd originally reserved was on the second floor with only a staircase to get there. (This hotel has no elevator - my only complaint.) But when I mentioned that my husband could only walk with a cane, the person at the front desk was able to switch our reservation to the main floor so he wouldn't have to hobble up the stairs. I definitely appreciated her helpfulness!
