They were in the process of updating and putting in new TVs. But use of remotes (2) Was confusing and Staff lacked familiarity. I realize this is just a temporary situation, and that will be overcome. I was disappointed when we came back on the second day, late afternoon to find that our room had not been cleaned, bed not made, no new towels, etc. When I complained, they told me that ever since Covid that they only clean those staying more than one night if requested. I have never heard of this. I’ve never experienced that before. Apparently they were supposed to tell us.

The property was decorated beautifully! The staff was welcoming and friendly. The area was very conveniently located to shop and lots of places to eat. The washroom shower is in need for an upgrade, shampoo, conditioner, lotion were only for 1 use only. No recycle bins. Had to ask for a Do not Disturb sugn for the door. We did mot get any rewards for our stay and/ or a Senior's discount. Overal we had a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay. Very clean and safe.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was a little tricky until I read the two easy to read instructions to turn on the water and then pull down the switch on the water spout. Everyone was very nice and professional.
