The villa is exposed in such a way that it can benefit from the sun's rays all day long. In good weather, the sunrise and sunset can be watched from the balcony. Its geographical location near the city center and the banks of the lake make it the ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace.

The house is made up of a T2 type apartment located on the Garden Level which has an independent entrance and which can be reserved separately. The garden is therefore shared. There is no communication between the Villa and T2.

Belvédère Évian
Nous avons séjourné 2 jours au Belvédère, le logement est bien spacieux et bien équipé. Petit bémol pour la literie qui pourrait être amélioré au vu du prix de la prestation (présence d’un creux pour 2 lits). Un autre petit plus pourrait être apporté en mettant à disposition un gel douche dans les salles de bain. Cependant bonne communication avec l’hôte .
