to check in took almost 30 minutes ,and when I got to the room there was no coffee just tea, I then went to the dinning area but there were no tables and no likely to be available soon. After a long day I had already wasted 30 minutes checking in , I didn't want to waste more time complaining or waiting for food , next time I will try the holiday inn up the road

My new favourite hotel in Exeter
Well this hotel has become my favourite in Exeter, the whole experience at this hotel has been fantastic, from checking in, the actual room, breakfast, gym etc I normally pick a hotel within walking distance to the town but as I got let down by one, i made a last minute booking, and i am so pleased i did. It was a solo trip to visit family, so no children with me this time, the room was perfect, immaculate, comfy bed, huge TV, lovely bathroom and plenty of space. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, so much available your spoilt for choice!

A lovely hotel, reception and conduct of staff. The title of the rooms suggests opulence, but they are quite ordinary. There being no open-able wondoelws resukts in noise from the ventilation - on always! 😞 I liked the setting, but frustrated too!

Excellent accommodation for a trip to the University. Friendly reception staff managed to book us a taxi at very short notice. Plenty of taxis in and around the city, remember to book early.

Do not recommend room 727. Directly under the kitchen of the restaurant on 8th floor. Constant scraping across the floor above and crashing and rolling noises. Very noisy room.
