Really lovely hotel, spotless and comfortable, the bar/restaurant was lovely and so was breakfast, great choice and hot. We paid for this separately as we had room only Great location, lovely staff and will definitely stay again if I ever come back down to Exeter

Room was called executive family room. It was very small with no room around the beds. It was also very hot, not helped I'm sure by the size. There was air con to be fair. I wouldn't book again. Disappointed.

Reception extremely helpful. Each time we have booked we have been given rooms upstairs with stairs inside the room. Not helpful for older people. Even though we requested a room down stairs. Rooms otherwise ok

Steps up to and downward inside the room made things a bit difficult for us oldies. Reception fantastic. Breakfast very good.

Well what can I say the photos made it look like a large room and bathroom but in reality I think the bathroom was a broom cupboard converted to a bathroom very small and not the cleanest either first time I’ve had steps in a room to get to the bed noise from outside the room was intrusive and kept me awake the staff were friendly there’s no doubt but for the price the room was a great disappointment

Great hotel in a good location, AC nice and cold in warm weather and a comfy bed and room. Dinner next door was good as well as breakfast which was fresh and hot! Strongly recommend this hotel Only negative was getting out which was on a busy roundabout which needed timing and a quick right foot!!

Nice hotel but rude restaurant staff
The hotel itself it was good for couple of night stay and i need to admin that the cleanness of the room and hotel itself was high standards. The only negative thing that really bothered me was the rudeness of one of the restaurant staff. She served our table but honestly i need to say that we're really get stress whenever we requested an extra spoon or order an extra dish. We tried to escape the awkwardness and rudeness of the lady. So for the next dinner and lunches we prefered to stay outside of the hotel.
