The staff are very friendly and approachable especially Michel at the frontdesk that did an awesome job making sure we are taking care of. He interacts each time he sees us, sugguested few places that we can explore as me and my fiance were visiting Brazil for the first time. It was a memorable experience. We had a great time at the pool area.

O hotel conta com um excelente ambiente tipo spa, com piscinas cobertas e aquecidas, jacuzi e saunas, num ambiente muito agradável. O quarto é muito confortável, com roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. Meu único porém fica em relação à banheira de hidromassagem localizada no banheiro do quarto, a qual, ao ser accionada, lançou dentro da banheira uma água suja e com mau cheiro, acabando com nossa banho de banheira de forma imediata.
