Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir verbrachten knapp 2 Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern ist es optimal, da es 2 Schlafzimmer gibt (1 Zi. mit Doppelbett, 1 Zi mit Doppelbett und zusätzlichem Einzelbett). Die zunächst ungewöhnlich erscheinende Aufteilung (unten die Schlafzimmer und oben Küche/Wohnzimmer) erwies sich als sehr günstig, da es dadurch in den Schlafzimmern kühler war. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für Selberkocher gut nutzbar. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits von Fabriano auf einem Hügel. Direkt daneben ist ein größere Ferienhaus und etwas unterhalb das Haus des Bruders des Besitzers. Man hat auf dem Grundstück genug Platz und es ist ausreichend weit entfernt von den anderen Häusern. Der zu diesem Haus gehörende private Pool ist auf der den anderen Häusern abgewandten Seite zum Wald hin. Zum Haus gehört ein Schuppen mit offenem Grill und Holzbackofen. Grillkohle und Holz ist vorhanden. Alles in Haus und Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll gebaut, eingerichtet und dekoriert. Einzig die Poolterasse aus Plastik stört den Eindruck. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen etwas entfernt in Fabriano, sind aber schnell da, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub wir kommen gern wieder.
