Come experience the interior of Alaska at our fabulous, family friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bath log home. We are just far enough out of the city that you can enjoy the Aurora! The home is also great for small groups. We are on 6 acres with 100’s of acres of state land and hiking right out the back yard to explore. This is a place to escape from the rush of life & relax. The city, with shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and night life is a beautiful 15 minute drive & we often see Denali.

2700 Sq Ft home with a large smart TV. We have a fully equipped kitchen.
Master has a King bed, & 2 twin beds. We have 2 more twins that can be set up upon request.
Bedroom 2 has a queen and a twin bunk bed set. Bedroom 3 has a twin on top & full on bottom bunk bed set.
Please note: This home has very limited Wifi that our security system is hooked up to. The Wifi is SLOW and spotty. Please do not count on it for work or school.

Guests have access to the entire home.

We will be available via text or phone call. We have our own place in town and are about 15 minutes away if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.

The home is located about a mile out of the area known as Fox.
The Silver Gulch Brewery, and The Turtle Club Restaurant are within a mile and a half from the home.

Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are all close by as well.

We have plenty of parking for you and your group while you are here at our home.

The home is located right off the main highway, easily accessible by vehicle. Uber, Lyft, or taxis can take you there, but public transportation does not come to this address.
Please press the lock button and listen to ensure the doors are locked each time you leave the home.

The house has cameras on the outside and also use the WIFI. Please do not unplug or move the router or devices on the counter near the front door.

To protect the septic system, only body waste and the provided toilet paper is to be flushed down. All women's monthly products and body wipes (even flushable!) are to be placed in the provided garbage bins.

When checking out, please wash all dishes (clean can be left to air dry in the drainer), empty the garbage and lock the door upon leaving.

Wonderful location and property
Perfect house for our family with two teens who got to have a room each. Jenni was really responsive to queries (check in info delayed on vrbo portal), help with a light switch location (!), and problems with the heating. Had amazing views of the aurora from right outside the back door - far from the light pollution of Fairbanks. All in all, had a great trip. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this property.
