Everything I needed, no surprises

If you want a posh experience and need a place to park your oversized luxury SUV, this might not be for you. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a clean rental this is perfect. It was a 1-bedroom apartment (bigger than mine) with all of the basics -- nice bathroom, large living room, full kitchen, great wifi and TV, and a new bed and linens. Everything is close by, a short drive in any direction. There were a few things that needed attention, but overall it was an excellent choice for my work trip.

Very nice clean apartment

Beautiful apartment, very clean and very good communication before arrival on how to get in and again to check during stay. It worked great for us. Walls are thin but fortunately others in adjacent apartments were respectful so no problem. Pans are scratched up a bit and would recommend new ones. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Nice Place

This place was perfect for two of us. There’s a kitchenette, comfortable living room with dining table, comfy bedroom and a bathroom. It was pretty quiet and easy to find. The location is convenient to the main streets. There’s also a balcony we didn’t use because it was winter. There are three short flights of stairs to the apartment and no elevator. A laundry room is on the bottom floor of the building. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

This was an incredible place to stay. The property was just as advertised. Clean, well appointed with plenty of room. It is also very centrally located to everything. You might wanna do while you visit Fairbanks. The owner kept in touch and checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. Can’t recommend this property enough to anyone that is visiting.

Wish I had booked this place on my way north to Prudhoe Bay instead of staying at the Springhill Suites which cost twice the money. The apt I got at the North Star was larger and had a full kitchen even though I only used the frig and microwave. Much nicer.

Great Stay in Fairbanks

Easy, comfortable family stay in Fairbanks. Loved the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice to have laundry facilities right next door. Our apt was clean and well stocked. Location is central to all of Fairbanks. Shon was very accessible to get a hold of, no issues.
