The old world brick style estate home is laden with modern technology. It sits on 23 acres with privacy on every side. The lakefront property sits on a private peninsula. You can ice skate or sleigh ride in the winter, kayak and fish in the spring, summer and fall. One of a kind property offers beauty, privacy, nature and relaxing atmosphere. Get lost in the silence of reading a book while sitting at the lake, or jump in the car and drive 20 minutes in any direction to find fine dinning and outdoor activities. NOTE: The house sits on the border of the towns Fairfax and Georgia. Most people refer to the house location as being in Georgia, VT although it is a Fairfax zip code.
