Nice place to stay close to six flags!

The room was really nice, breakfast was great. Only two small inconveniences… there were 4 people in our room and we were only given 3 towels. When we called and asked for another towel we were told we had to go down and get it ourselves. And the walls are very thin. We heard our neighbors entire phone conversation. Luckily for us he was very quiet otherwise, and we tried to be very quiet too!

Check into longer than expected, Broken doors to refrigerators, Dirty shower walls. Few stains on the carpet. Not enough selection on tv, But it had clean sheets comfortable bed.

This is a great hotel. It was reasonably priced, clean, excellent complementary breakfast, and really friendly staff. Was perfect for our stay.

No charger for electric vehicles and I felt unsafe outside since there were a lot of homeless people drinking in public and tossing out their empty liquor bottles everywhere and hanging out around the liquor store 1 block away. The next parking lot over was completely littered with empty liquor bottles and other types of trash scattered everywhere.

Expensive for a night, but appreciate the ease of being able to walk in and book a room when in a pinch. Generous breakfast spread and spacious communal areas. Very nice night staff. Room was clean except for some smeared blood on the bathroom light switch area (yikes).

Only complaint is that NONE of the coffee urns was hot...tepid at best! Nothing beats hot coffee, especially in the morning. The room coffee machine is OK not great.

there was homeless around and in the hotel area and the elevators not working at time of checking out with all the luggage was not easy. other than that was ok

The beds were great. The place was clean. Nice pool. Property was cramped, too narrow. So narrow you can't take a picture of the front entrance. No enough parking for guests. Known smoke detector problem from shower steam. Happens often. 1 elevator for hundreds of guests. Smoke detector when off several times and only elevator stopped working. No way to get disabled guests to rooms.

Overall, this property was mediocre at best. The photos online make it look like a modern, clean hotel. The reality is worn furniture, old fixtures, squeaky beds with mattresses that slide when you sit on the end. We were woken at 7am by the fire alarm, it had been set off by the steam from the shower in another room. The only thing we enjoyed was the water pressure in tje shower.

The surrounding area is not very safe. You could see broken glass all around the parking lot where car windows had been smashed in. The fire alarm went off at 7am in the morning. And it kept going off for about 30 minutes. And the elevators were not working afterwards. The stairs are also not clearly marked. A lot of guests had trouble finding the stairs access which could have been a problem if there was an actual fire. We Suspect someone went out the emergency exit and set the fire alarm off. and it was probably someone who was not suppose to be in there aka not a guest of the hotel. We heard some workers mentioning during breakfast that they have issues with non guests coming in and taking the free breakfast. They keep the doors locked at night but someone followed my boyfriend in at night and then asked the front desk where the bathroom was and the front desk asked if he was a guest and he said no. Very shady character, seemed like he was on something. It was a nice room and the breakfast was ok. Wish they had more healthy options. Just be very mindful of your surroundings and don’t leave anything in your car.
