Dine in our tranquil dining room, designed for up to eight guests, with soft lighting and stylish decor for unforgettable family meals.

Rest in comfort across three inviting bedrooms: a King bedroom on the first floor, Two bedrooms on the second floor: A Queen bedroom with a TV featuring Roku, and a Third bedroom with a King bed and a bunk bed with a double over double bed. All bedrooms are furnished with refreshing Green Tea Memory foam mattresses and blackout shades for a restful night’s sleep. Accommodating up to 9 guests, Fairfield Retreat is your sanctuary for relaxation.

Our newly renovated bathrooms (one on each floor) are well-appointed with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and essentials like a hairdryer and first aid kit for your convenience.

Beach lovers will appreciate our beach towels, chairs, and umbrella—perfect for a fun day by the shore!

Stay connected with fast wireless internet and unwind with Roku-enabled TVs in both the living room, 1st floor King Bedroom second floor, King bedroom.

Step outside to our spacious backyard, featuring a patio with a six-person dining table and BBQ grill, ideal for cookouts and gatherings. Unwind outdoors and sit by the fire in our red Adirondack chairs.

We’re pet-friendly, welcoming non-aggressive dogs under 50 lbs.

With parking for two cars in the driveway and additional free street parking available, convenience is key.

Early check-in is $30 for up to one hour, $40 for up to two hours. Please inquire to confirm availability.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. We have a great relationship with our neighbors and therefore no parties are allowed. No smoking in the home or on the premises.

A refundable security deposit of $350 is processed 24 hours before check-in and refunded on the day of check-out.
