We loved the backdrop of mountains and scenery. The heated pool was amazing/ although the splash park was never turned on( wasnt working). The suites are well stocked with kitchen basics but are very run down. None of the windows opened ( were broken). The lighting was oddly/ impractically planned or not working. The couch pull out matress was terrible but they did send over a larger matress to.go on top.The restaurant "Boardwalk" was yummy and convenient for milkshakes and fast food. We really want to love this place and feel with a few fixings/ updates it would thrive. Overall it was a lovely spot for families but needs maintenance and upkeep.

The rooms are very outdated and not clean. Tub didn’t work. Pool was good except for the few kids who couldn’t follow the slide rules and ruined it for some other kids.

The resort has alot of potential, if the owners are willing to complete some updates/renovations as many parts of the condos are dated or in rough shape. The pool area was clean, water was warm. Comfy beds and clean condo. Dirty patio, lots of wasps. Our room description made it sound as if each condo had a bbq-there is a shared community bbq area that is pretty rough and dirty.

Family friendly, starting to get dated, jacuzzi didn’t work and the hideabed was broken.. but the kids loved it and the boardwalk was nice. Area lacks somewhere nearby for breakfast.

Fairmont Hot Springs is an amazing paradise in the Valley and Mountain View Resorts is the place to stay while enjoying the area. The staff are world class. There with a smile and hello and happy to assist with anything that makes your stay more enjoyable. The pool area is exceptional. Spend an hour or the day. I can go on and on but nothing better then enjoying it for yourself.

First time staying at Mountain View and Suites overall I thought the place was good the building is a bit dated But the rooms were pretty good size the fold out couch was ok. The king mattress was very comfortable. The staff was amazing very friendly no issues at all. The pool was wonderful my kids had a awesome time it was warm and very enjoyable I would definitely recommend staying there again..I will be coming back :)
