You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Enjoy this spacious Lodge perched on top of the ridge with incredible views! Plenty of places for the kids to play with 2 living rooms and a loft, dart board, gas firepit, BBQ with propane supplied, and an amazing sled hill in the winter! Modern floor plan w/ wood burning fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen, furnished w/ stainless steel appliances, & Keurig coffee maker. Gather around the dining table, or take it outside to the deck. Main floor master with cozy king size bed. Washer/Dryer. Tons of opportunities nearby for mountain biking, hiking, and fishing and just 22 miles from skiing and restaurants at Breckenridge.
No smoking in or near the house. There will be a $500 cleaning fee if you smoke anything in or near the house.

Clean up after your pets. Any poop on the property will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee. Any stains on the carpet will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. No pets allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please discard all trash in bags and put in the garage. The cleaners will remove. Please do not move or mess with the owners things.
