staff were all great and the hotels itself was lovely, the bed in room 209 was one of the worst I've ever slept in and as this is basically what you're paying for it did ruin part of the experience .

over priced

Good hotel with good pool and spa facilities. The room we booked for 3 girls sharing had a double and one small added bed. The detail of our booking stated the room would have twin beds and a double ,when I asked about this as the reception staff told us that no such arrangement was an option in the hotel. We then had to ask for an extra set of towels, cup glass and robe which took 2 trips from the staff to deliver to use. The room and faculties were but over priced as no breakfast was included.

lovely family weekend

We had a lovely weekend everything was great until it came to breakfast, myself and my mum are both gluten free and there was not much choice for us. They didn't even have gluten free bread which I feel is ridiculous as it can be kept in the freezer. we had been to the hotel last year and they were great with our diet which was the reason we wanted to come again. Staff were great, swimming pool was a big hit and our room was lovely,

Christmas Stopover

Stayed 4 nights from Christmas Eve. Very nice rooms and staff were very friendly. Nice touch of a Christmas stocking left outside our room on Christmas morning. The location was perfect for us because we were visiting family living nearby, but if you have never visited before you may be taken aback by the proximity of the Grangemouth petrochemical complex about a mile away. Our only complaint is that we booked 3 months in advance at around £110 per night for B&B and we were rather disappointed to find that prices had dropped to almost half 2 weeks before our visit.
