Nothing was unique Breakfast was awful...and antiquated waffle maker that beeped for 10 minutes delivering a cardboard flavorless waffle unedible...no eggs or sausage just a few small bagels and bread and prepackaged muffins.

Decent little gem
Great little motel with a comfortable room. Amenities were simple as you'd expect, but clean and nicely presented. We didnt get to try out the pool or restaurant but the room was grand.

Good Hotel Close to Martha's Vineyard
This hotel is well located for the Oaks Bluff ferry to Martha's Vineyard. It was nice and easy to check in. The breakfast was basic but ok and difficult to eat using plastic cutlery including spreading butter.
