I am a Jamaican taking my American wife to Jamaica for the first time I was so pleased, I didn’t even have to take her outside to try any food the food was amazing, and the entertainment was thru the roof, I will definitely visit that hotel again

I booked a king size room for me and My Husband when we got to the hotel, they told us that they had no king size bed So we had to take a double which I refuse so I asked to speak to a manager after speaking to a manager. We finally got one that was not cleaned until after 3:40 PM when check-in is at 3 PM. There is no signs from the main street to tell you where the hotel is located so a lot of the guest always pass the entrance ending up in Ochi Rios. Every night they have the Afterparty by the beach pool and the music is loud so you cannot get good sleep till after 1 o’clock.

This is a new property it was nice. The ocean is rocky. The buffet had a variety of food. Overall it was a good time

We thought the sport's bar was a nice theme and very convenient. Paul is a great asset and very accommodating! Additionally, Lordorana was very helpful in the main lobby bar area! Nice brand new hotel with many great employees!

We went there with our 4 year old and 18 month old. The resort is very kid friendly. My kids enjoyed the kids pool with water park. The room is very neat and clean. Evening entertainment is both for kids and adults. The dining options are very good. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

The representative from Destination Service was rude and uninformed. She was no help. I had to call and make my arrangements she told me I had to get a taxi after I had already paid for transport. The bellman deliberately left my bag off the transport and I had to pay to have it returned to me at the airport.
