Served its purpose, the pull out sofa we had was unusable, mattess had all kinds of stains and you could feel the springs when just placing a hand on it. Had to replace 4 keys due to non working in 2 nights.

Check-in was easy. Hotel and room was clean. Pool and hot tub were open and working. Breakfast in the morning was average, with a few different options. Great stay especially for the price.

No front desk person insight at any given time, unsafe room remodel work. Nothing hot in breakfast,if you can count the waffle maker. Bed bugs found. No follow up by manager when I finally reached her after two messages she said my claim basically wasn’t credible? Like I carry bed bugs in a sealed jar to scam the hotel. Manager seemed like she was annoyed that I had finally reached and and had to deal with the issue. I wasn’t expecting the entire stay refunded but one night would have made me feel satisfied with my inconvienece. I would not recommend
