Air con was not working in my room on the hottest day of the year 35°, girl on desk not particulary bothered. Said she looked at it and had reset it so then it just circulated warm air out all through the night. Spent a very uncomfortable night with no sleep, before an extremely busy working next day.

This was a great little spot for a stop overnight on our way to the Cotswolds. The rooms were small but cozy and clean. They had great toiletries and Dyson hairdryers. The showers were awesome rain showers. The breakfast at the diner was really yummy. Because it's smaller, it's probably not a place I’d stay more than one day, but I would definitely stay here again for a quick overnight stay.
