Great hotel.
We have stayed in Farmington several times and i wish we'd always stayed here. This hotel is super clean and well maintained, the beds were comfy, the standard bathroom was really easy for me as a disabled person (no tub, enclosed shower), staff was friendly. Soundproofing is good because i never heard anyone even though it was pretty busy. There's a little cafe w/ a starbucks in the lobby and front desk staff or security all hours. You can walk to dennys or village inn but definitely get Taco Box for yummy food!

For the price, we expected more! No bottled water, cups, choice of warm drinks except coffee, no sugar, milk or cups. No body lotion. The following day we asked the room to be made but nothing happened when we came back in the evening. My husband spoke to the reception and the answer was they have only 2 staff and cannot do anything. Was the room cleaned before our arrival? Bad.

The inconvenience of a broken elevator was the worst. Having to lug our bags n suitcases up n down the stairs with a bad knee n a bad back. The pool was EMPTY!! That was a disappointment as we had a child who wanted to swim. There were dust fuzzies in the corners.

Our stay was great, especially since I know that Courtyards like to ante up the price, but in this case, the price was right. We also have a service dog that seemed to enjoy everything that we got to experience.
