The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful but that is as far as I can go with the compliments. The "non-smoking" room definitely was smoked in many times. It smelled awful. There was hair in the bed and we should've just slept on the floor with how hard the bed was. The overall vibe of the room felt like a prison cell. Good location though.

This motel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent and the location was well lit and quiet. We arrived late at night and with two kids had no trouble checking in, and had no worries about safety. We had an excellent nights sleep and will definitely stay here again when passing through. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to or through Fayetteville.

Check in was easy. The room was clean, but needed maintenance in the bathroom (wallpaper peeling at the bottom of the walls). There was no soap in the shower dispenser. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a nice, convenient place for a quick overnight stay.

We only needed the room for one night. Went into town for a concert. The room was super clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a one night day. Actually if we didn’t have to do the next day we would’ve laid in bed all day and got it for another night.

Extremely clean, new, refurbished rooms in this older motel structure. A hidden gem. Room quality rivals any of the $$$ well known chain hotels at a much lower price. Owners onsite and very courteous.
