The average rating for this property is much too high. I would rate it about 5.5 stars out of 10 based on my experience. First of all, you should know that there is a $25/night fee for pets, and La Quinta never charged a fee for pets for many years while it was an independent company. In terms of the quality of the property, it is in need of attention based on my experience. The door to the room was very difficult to close fully, and others seemed to have the same issue. The front panel of the door seemed to be close to breaking off. Additionally, there were some ceiling tiles above the shower that appeared to have mildew or mold growing on them and the bathroom ventilation fan did not work. The window to the room also seemed to need attention or replacement as it seemed very worn and had paint chips laying on the window sill.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn and had a decent experience overall. The bed was comfortable enough, but nothing to rave about. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the area surrounding the hotel felt a bit sketchy, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable when coming and going. For a short stay, it was fine, but I’d be cautious about the location if you’re planning a longer visit

The property appeared to be remodeled, because the outside is updated. The inside is in poor condition… From the common areas to the rooms. My guest room door did not close easily and had to be finagled to get it closed. I don’t believe they had network television, just obscure cable channels. It was definitely a letdown from the expectations that were set on Expedia I understand that it was a low budget hotel, but I was traveling with my dog and La Quintas are dog friendly. I won’t go back to this one.
