Estacionamento que a noite nao tem seguranca alguma ao hospede, qualquer um pode subir no estacionsmento e entrar no elevador e ter acesso direto a porta do seu quarto, pessimo sistema de seguranca e a noote nao tem seguranca no estacionamento também. Cafe da manha demorou 20 minutos para abrir depoos do horario marcado....internet com pessimo sinal, televisao que dava problema direto.... NAO VOLTO MAIS. Preco caro pelo pessimo serviço.

Foi uma noite apenas para descanso. O tempo no hotel foi curto, o que não dá para hacer uma avaliação detalhada de tudo: Realizamos o check in por volta das 20h, saímos em seguida e retornamos por volta de 1h da manhã. Realizamos o check-out antes das10 h da manhã. Contudo, gostamos muito do hotel. Organização, conforto, beleza, atendimento - tudo excelente. Ambiente agradável, café da manhã muito bom. Gostamos muito e queremos retornar em outra oportunidade.

Checkin super demorado, mais de 1 hora de espera, desorganizados, um hóspede retornou a recepção pq o quarto já estava com outra pessoa acomodada no apto. O nosso tivemos q trocar de quarto, pq n tinha a cama extra que havíamos solicitado com antecedência. Nos deram um up grade e mesmo assim, passamos pelo constrangimento de n ter a cama extra novamente, isso já havia se passado 2 horas desde q chegamos ao hotel. Depois de aguardar mais um tempo, onde estávamos em viagem cansados, isso já era por volta das 20:30h, levaram a cama extra para o quarto. Café da manhã precisa ter opções de sem lactose e mais cereais. Cama boa, quarto, chuveiro bom. Pia do banheiro entupida, subia água, box de banheiro vazando água, serviço de quarto péssimo. Disseram q a camareira já tinha ido embora. Estacionamento cobrado à parte, sendo q a diária era bem acima da média.
