In the heart of Minervois area famous for its wines, the village of Félines Minervois is near few hiking paths et biking trails. Cottage of 180 m²classified 3*, built with stones, with a large raised, flowery and enclosed garden of 600m² with its private small secured swimming pool. Its dimensions are of 5m X 4m with a depth of 1.20m, it is open from mid April to mid October. Between Carcassonne and Minerve, the house is comfortable for 8 persons but ideal for 6 persons.

On the ground floor, a spacious room with a large fireplace and a dining room, 1 double bedroom, a fitted and independent kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 separates toilet.
On the 1st floor 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for children with 2 bunk beds, 1 nice and large shower room and 1 separate toilet. Air conditionning on these 3 bedrooms.
Small swimming pool (5 m/4 m) equipped with a pool alarm, at a unique depth of 1,2 m and open from mid may to end of september.
Views on the countryside and on the surrounding hills. Sorry pets are not allowed. Owners speak spanish.

Super séjour en famille avec un très bon contact sur place. Pascale a été arrangeante sur les arrivées et les départs et nous a même trouvé une baby-sitter! La cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus dans cette belle région. Je recommande les yeux fermés!
