Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback.We try to make the check in service as easy and quick as possible, as we understand a lot of our guests have travelled far and like to get settled in. We are sorry to hear that you had paid the city tax twice - we can see that this was refunded shortly after and apologise for the inconvenice caused.
