Es gibt nur ein umfassender Begriff für das Hotel VAYA Fieberbrunn. Möchte man entspannen und sich wohl fühlen, ein schönes modernes Hotel erleben wo man rundum verwöhnt wird und noch nettes hilfsbereites Personal hat, eine erstklassige Küche und zu dem allen einen weltklassen Service erleben,dann seid Ihr hier richtig.Es war der beste Urlaub in Österreich.Selten haben wir ein so profesionell geführtes Hotel und einen so perfekt durch organisierten Service erleben dürfen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und angaschiert. Wir mussten nie lange auf unser Essen oder Getränke warten, selbst die Teller waren immer heiß und das gebrauchte Geschirr wurde schnell abgeräumt. Hier möchten wir ganz herzlich an das gesamte Service Team VAYA Fieberbrunn unser Dank aussprechen, wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt bei Euch, macht weiter so, Ihr seid ein tolles Team. Der gleiche Dank gilt natürlich auch für das restliche Team von der netten Hotelrezeption, die für alle Anliegen eine Lösung hatten, über den sauberen Zimmerservice, natürlich das Küchenteam mit Ihrer geschmackvollen, qualitative sehr guten frischen und außergewöhnlichen köstliche Mahlzeiten, bis hin zu der Hotelleitung, selbst hier unsere Hochachtung, die Chef packten beim Service immer tatkräftig mit an und haben für Ihre Gäste ein offenes Ohr und ein freundliches Gespräch bereit. Wir können die negative Bewertungen von Gästen in keinster weise Unterstreichen, die sind haltlos und entsprechen nicht der Realität.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toll ausgestatteten Zimmern. Wir hätten uns eine Handtuchstange o.ä. in der Nähe des Waschbeckens gewünscht. Die Schallisolation könnte besser sein. Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer waren unangenehm. Frühstück und Abendessen (Büffet oder Menü) waren sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Der aufmerksame und sehr nette Service von Inge war unglaublich. Danke! Leider gibt es die Gästekarte erst am Tag nach der Ankunft, so dass ein Tag nicht genutzt werden konnte. Bei Kurzaufenthalten ärgerlich, ebenso die sehr späte Check-in Zeit von 16 Uhr. Aktuell sind die Lifte in Laufnähe aufgrund der Umbaumaßnahmen nicht nutzbar. Es existiert lediglich ein sehr eingeschränkter Shuttle. Hier hätten wir uns von den Tourismusverantwortlichen mehr Kreativität gewünscht, um die Wanderwege besser nutzen zu können.

Tutto perfetto …..ristorante servizi e gentilezza del personale. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto era la nostra stanza. Era al primo piano proprio sopra il magazzino merci e quando i fornitori arrivavano il mattino presto facevano molto rumore e ci svegliavano. Abbiamo provato a chiedere di cambiarla ma purtroppo l’hotel era pieno

Leggendo qualche recensione negativa stavo per orientare la mia scelta verso altre strutture, ma poi, allettata anche dal prezzo e dalle immagini ho deciso o di prenotare. Ho trascorso 3 notti nel periodo di ferragosto. Il mio mio giudizio è molto positivo. La struttura le stanze sono arredate davvero bene, donando un clima di relax. Il personale, al contrario di quanto letto, è stato disponibile e gentile. Forse si, la zona piscina non è molto grande, ci sono pochi lettini in proporzione alla capienza di persone della struttura, ma essendo aperta dalle 7.30 alle 21 si riesce sempre a trivare il modo fi sfruttare i servizi.

Ein modernes Haus mit einem hervorragenden Angebot ans Saunen. Der Pool ist etwas klein geraten. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle extremst freundlich. Ganz besonders Olivia an der Rezeption! Kommen Definitiv wieder

Ikke pengene værd
Vi bookede et ophold i en superior-lejlighed. Denne var fin og ren. I beskrivelsen på hotels stod der daglig rengøring sam skift af håndklæder hver anden dag. Dette viste sig dog ikke at være korrekt, og vi blev ved check ud bedt om at betale 129eur for rengøring. Hvis man ønsker morgenmad, er den rigtig god. Dog skal man huske at booke bord aftenen før. Vi kom uden booking og måtte vente 10min på bord. Det ville også være helt okay, hvis restauranten havde været fuld, men da vi kommer ind er der masser af borde tomme. De er dog “reserveret” til mere end 2timer senere. Ophold med børn kan ikke anbefales, der er en ikke venlig stemning imod børn i restauranten. Pool område er ok, dog bliver det ikke holdt/rengjort i løbet af dagen, og der lugter hurtigt fra baderum/toiletter. Vores bedømmelse af dette resort: Brug hellere pengene på et af de mange andre smukke steder i Østrig, dette er bestemt ikke pengene værd.

Supert sted, med basseng og badstuer. Flott for familier med barn og ungdom. Eneste ubehagelige var at «hovmesteren» var utrolig brysk og kjeftet på gjester for misforståelser mellom de ansatte på hotellet. Ikke så hyggelig å komme til frokost og få kjeft fordi man gjør nøyaktig som man har fått beskjed om ved innsjekk.
