The tranquil surroundings are complemented by lawn areas that can be used for relaxation or play. A free parking space is available right in front of the house. The location is particularly suitable for sports enthusiasts: The cross-country skiing trail and a paragliding school are only 200 meters away.
The 25 square meter studio was partially renovated in 2018 and offers a functional interior in a cozy atmosphere. A sunny south-facing balcony provides a beautiful view of the mountains.
