Dear guest, we are sorry that your stay wasn't as you expected. We will transfer you message to the corresponding departments. We inform you that the hotel has 24 hours reception, it is true that we are situated on a main avenue but you can always stop on the street Carrer Col·legi to go to the hotel and get some indications.
