Located in the heart of Fish Creek, right off Main St, this 3 BR, 3.5 bath Condo is spacious and has everything you'll need for a great stay! Whether your tastes run from boating/hiking/biking to shopping/dining, we’ve got you covered.

You’ll enjoy our serene living room with large windows overlooking a wooded area where you’ll see deer, wild turkeys, ducks and geese graze while you sip wine and chat with friends and family. There is an oversized couch and 2 luxury reclining chairs with a fireplace and smart TV.


Our kitchen has sleek appliances, a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a modern dining table with seating for 6. We provide everything needed to enjoy meals including cookware, coffee maker, toaster and dishes/serve-ware/glasses for 10.

Off of the front porch is a spacious patio overlooking a pond and our community pool, we provide a charcoal grill for grilling.

Upstairs you will find two well-appointed Queen suites with pillow top mattresses, smart-TVs for your comfort and relaxation after a fun-filled day.

Walk downstairs from the main living room to find a spacious family room with a sectional couch and chair with a smart tv; it's a great place for the kids to play games or hang out (or for a second family to enjoy some privacy). This is where the 3rd bedroom is located with a Queen/Full bunk bed along with a bonus room with two twin beds. There is a full bath with bathtub.

Our condo is centered in Fish Creek’s top dining, shopping and entertaining area. We are a 60 second walk to a bike-rental store from which you can also bike around town as well as hike or choose to spend a lazy day at the Fish Creek beach or our condo community pool.

Our 3-level condo is ideal for families, couples, a group of friends for a wonderful get-a-way to this beautiful town. We have central air, are stocked with bathroom and kitchen towels, hair dryers, bedroom linens, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, starter toilet paper.

There is a washer and dryer available with an iron and ironing board. A half bathroom is located on the main floor off the laundry area as well.

There is a 1 stall garage and an additional driveway parking spot. Additional parking available in a nearby parking area or on-street.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location!

Our group of 3 couples just loved this condo. All rooms were spacious, and each couple had their own bathroom. There was a pond and woods in the backyard, which was fun to gaze at while drinking coffee out on the little deck. All the fun to be had in Fish Creek was just a very short walk away. Highly recommend!

Family trip to Door County

This property was ideal for our family trip to Door County. Our two adult kids and their spouses + kids ages 8,6 & 3 all were able to stay here comfortably for a week. Pool was great! Location near Peninsula State Park was perfect for walking and biking trips. Looking forward to returning again.

Great getaway spot

Great spot in the heart of Fish Creek. Already booked again for next year and would recommend. Positives: -Walking distance to everything. -Little pool area for the kids to play. Close to the beach as well. -Ice cream right across the street with playground and river with ducks to feed. -Great basement with TV and big couch for kids to hang out. -Attached garage. -Plenty of space for all. Downsides: -charcoal grill; gas would be preferred for ease and safety -high chair would be a bonus -upholstery could use a steam/ clean

Family Fun 2024

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with extended family. Growing up in the Chicago area, we had frequented Door County but had moved to Texas in the early 80s. (Many still live in the Midwest) Our daughter has 4 children and a small dog. We booked The Little Yellow House for her family... it was the central spot and worked perfectly for out needs. The lower level was great for the kids and their cousins when we gathered. Thank you for providing the space to share our past memories as well as creating a venue for the new memories!! Amazing

This condo worked out amazing for our girls weekend! It was extremely clean, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The fireplace was perfect for the cold nights. I would highly recommend this and we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and pet friendly!

This was the best spot, accommodated our adult family of five plus doggie. The condo was well furnished, roomy and comfortable for all. We loved the walkability of the area, so accessible to restaurants, coffee cafe, shopping and things to do. Peninsula State Park was less than 5 minutes walk and a wonderful spot for biking. Derek was easily accessible and made checkin a breeze. We would definitely return.

Walking distance to everything in Fish Creek! Peninsula State Park on one end and Sunset Beach on the other! Clean, on the main drag but with a view and with a pool to jump into. We had a great time! Thank you!

Family Fun in Fish Creek

3 Night stay in this wonderful condo central to all activities in Fish Creek. The pool was an extra surprise and enjoyed by kids and a few adults. The bedrooms were all utilized and very comfortable for our family. Thanks to Derek for answering all of our questions.

Very nice place

Tracy's home in Fish Creek was a great place for our family to stay in Door Co. Plenty of room, clean and well stocked. It was nice to have access to the pool at the complex and it was super close to the beach, restaurants and shops of Fish Creek. Our only complaint is that there were some essentials listed as being provided that were not. There was absolutely no bar soap or shampoo, no coffee or filters and I never did find a toaster but other then that it was great. One more thing, although it's nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine if you plan to bring your own pods make sure they are the Vertuo type, not Original.

Excellent family space

The home was so nice, plenty of room to gather for eating, games and sitting and talking. The many beds and baths allowed us to be separated too! The basement area would be perfect for kids. It was in a prime location easy to walk or drive anywhere quickly. The pool was great!

Loved staying at this place. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was very clean. Host was very responsive. Just make very sure you look at ALL the charges that your paying for before you book. I was in a hurry and didn't see that the price listed per night was NOT the final price with all the extra charges it almost doubles. It's all right there you just have to look, I did not.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

We truly enjoyed the condo. There were five in our group. Having three levels and multiple bathrooms gave us room to spread out for teens and 20-somethings who stay up late. I enjoyed some coffee and time alone every morning on the porch. We stored our bikes in the garage when we weren't using them, which was a nice perk. We loved this location because it was so close to Peninsula State Park. Our youngest is training for cross country and was able to run to and through the state park every morning and we rode our bikes there one day. We walked to the Wild Tomato and walked to town for shopping and dinner multiple times. Overall, a fantastic and luxurious place to stay in DC!

Great place. Easy walking distance to park, shops, restaurants, and beach. We stayed with extended family and everyone had their own space. Beautifully decorated and kitchen supplies wonderful. Small pool but still fun for kids. Would definitely return.
