You are located right on the beach with unlimited access and within 10 miles of great attractions, such as Bing's Landing, Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, James F. Holland Memorial Park, Flagler Beach Fishing Pier, and downtown Flagler Beach.

Upon entering this beach abode, you will encounter the sunny living area with expansive windows and vaulted ceilings, offering panoramic views of the beach. Curl up on the inviting sofa and stream a favorite show or movie on the smart TV with streaming services. There is no need to miss your favorite shows now! Another great addition is the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the corner. Prepare mouthwatering meals and beach treats in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with new black stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has everything you need, so don't hesitate to channel your inner chef and surprise your beloved family and friends with their favorite recipes. The second-floor deck, which can be accessed from the living room and the kitchen offers 820 sq. ft. of oceanfront decking and a terrific spot to admire the breathtakingly beautiful views of the ocean while watching dolphins and seagulls.

The first floor of the home boasts a secluded yet inviting family room with another smart TV. Located on the third level, the huge primary bedroom has an attached lounge area for your reading or television pleasure. There is an additional lofted living area on this level that grants you direct access to the upper deck, where you can enjoy rocket launches, fireworks from three different towns, and stargazing.

Additional perks include a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues, 3M window tinting, and impact-resistant storm doors.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
Sea Wall construction is ongoing and will continue throughout the summer. Due to the work being done, there is no private beach access and there may be extra traffic behind the house. Public beach access is available less than one mile away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Disappointing House - Vacasa Treated Us Terribly
2 hrs before we arrived for our vacation, we receive a call from Vacasa letting us know the AC was out in the house. They gave us the option to relocate, but then tried to charge us an additional $3000 (after I was told they would not charge us to relocate). The temp got up to 81 degrees in the house during the day. It was miserable! We finally got air after 3 days. Upon arrival, the fridge had no power. It was plugged into a ground fault and blew the breaker. We could not even plug in a hair dryer without kicking the breaker. It was obvious there were major electrical issues and the house is not up to codes. I could list the numerous other things in the house that were broken or nasty. It was also not equipped for 11 people. To say the house was a disappointment is an understatement. We took pictures and documented everything. This house is not in any condition to be rented. Shame on the owner and Vacasa for taking advantage of renters.

direct oceanfront, fantastic views, house a bit old, need to bring your own plates and paper towels, construction at both sides, did not affect us but we only stayed the weekend. overall a beautiful place, enjoyed it very much

Amazing location
Great location, with direct access to the beach and beautiful views of the ocean. Very clean. The only issue we had was doing laundry, since the clothes were pretty soaked after washing (spinning part of cycle was probably not working properly). Other than that, everything else was pretty perfect and we would stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Great ocean views!
Many properties say they have ocean views, or they’re right on the ocean, but they are not. They may be on the access to the ocean or a few houses away but this one is right on the beach! ….morning coffee on the deck is a zen like experience. We will definitely go back.
