The Space:
Experience coastal luxury like never before in our brand-new oceanfront apartments located in the heart of Flagler Beach. Our 2-bedroom + Den, 2-bathroom units, completed in 2023, combine modern elegance with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of the second floor. Each stylish retreat is perfectly designed to accommodate up to 5 guests, or 10 when both units are booked together. Enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement as you are mere steps from pristine sandy shores and the vibrant local dining scene.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious balcony deck that offers stunning panoramas of the ocean. The second guest bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed in Unit A and a queen-size bed in Unit B, and shares a stylish second bathroom with the den. The den serves a dual purpose, easily transforming into a sleeping space for 1-2 people or a sophisticated home office.

Guest Access:
Free parking in the front or rear side of the building. Beach walk over directly across the street from the building. Trailer parking is $25/ day
List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
