The Space:
Experience the epitome of coastal luxury in our brand new 2-bedroom + Den, 2-bathroom oceanfront apartments located in the picturesque Flagler Beach. Each of these elegantly designed units comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, or 10 when booked together, offering the perfect getaway for families and friends alike. Set on the second floor, these architecturally beautiful apartments, built in 2023, present breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, seamlessly blending modern elegance with the tranquility of beachside living.

As you enter our luxurious retreat, you will be welcomed by a spacious balcony deck that provides an inviting atmosphere to soak in the stunning ocean vistas. Inside, the open-concept living space features a chic modern kitchen adorned with granite countertops, perfect for creating memorable culinary experiences. The cozy family room is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV, ensuring ample entertainment options during your stay.

Comfortable Accommodation:
The primary bedroom is designed for relaxation, featuring a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that boasts a large walk-in shower, enhancing your comfort. Convenience is a cornerstone of our property as the en-suite also includes a built-in washer and dryer. The second guest bedroom, with a full-size bed in Unit A and a queen-size bed in Unit B, shares a stylishly furnished second bathroom with the den. The den, versatile enough to function as an additional sleeping space for 1-2 guests or a productive home office, adds to the versatility of your stay.

Guest Access:
Free parking in the front or rear side of the building. Beach walk over directly across the street from the building. Trailer parking is $25/ day

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
